Thailand 2008 held many things for our family. We celebrated Josiah's 7th birthday! The older boys took their yearly tests. We attended an education conference. Had numerous doctor appointments. And the dentist too! Good reports though, PTL! Attended some other classes. Ate lots of good food, including too, too much ice cream. Of course we had lots of fun too -- bowling, riding go-karts, shopping, driving range, putt-putt, golf, and lots of swimming. Our vacation at Hua Hin was awesome. It proved to be one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had. We enjoyed the pool and beach. We did a 3 hour kayaking trip around Dead Man's Island (our name for it -- the island looked like a man laying on his back in the middle of the ocean), we biked and climbed rocks, we shot pool, played foosball and ping pong as well as football and soccer. We were able to spend this time with special friends whom we've vacationed with the past 3 years (it's the only time during the year that we get to see them). Our Father is so good to allow us to spend this time in Thailand enjoying His creation. Man, what a creator He is!

Looks amazing! So glad you had a much-needed relaxing family vacation. We are planning ours in conjunction with our meetings there this summer too! :)
Great pictures, and PTL that you were able to get some well deserved rest and relaxation. It was a pleasure to help in the educational process. Tell Jordan that the folks around here are thinking of you as you go!
