Have you ever thought of football as a blessing? Well we have. In the part of the world where we live there is only one kind of football and it's the type that you only use your feet and aren't allowed to use your hands. Our boys love American Football--catching, passing, kicking, and tackling. Although we had to forego the tackling part. Josh and Josiah were able to play flag football in the spring. Both their teams were led by Coach Tony. Two of his sons played with Josh and one played with Josiah. He was a great coach in more ways than one--attitude and aptitude. Both teams went 6-1 for the season. Both boys scored touchdowns and had many "pulls" which is the equivalent of a tackle on defense. The boys made some great friends playing flag football. Friends they will have forever. Flag football was a blessing for our boys and for our whole family.
